WILL THIS FILE WORK FOR A NON-LASER MACHINE LIKE CRICUT?On the "Cricut Templates" page, you'll find designs specifically curated for compatibility with Cricut machines. While many of my templates can be used with non-laser machines like Cricut, it's important to note that some designs include engraved elements intended for laser cutters that have engraving capabilities. Since Cricut machines cannot engrave, any templates requiring engraving will not work properly.
-
DO YOU PROVIDE OTHER LASER FILE TYPES?Sorry, I only offer these 5 files - DXF EPS PDF AI and SVG file - at this time but you're welcome to convert it to another file type in your own design program or a free online converter.
-
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET?This listing is for a digital download, not a physical item. As these are digital files, all sales are final.

THE FILE IS THE WRONG SIZE, IT'S PRINTING OUT TOO SMALL/LARGESorry you're having troubles! This likely has to do with the DPI settings in your software. If using Lightburn, make sure your file import settings are set to 72DPI before uploading the file. For all other programs either export a PDF version of the file, or manually change it back to the correct size. The exact product measurements are in the listing description, check there and make sure the file is showing up the same size in your program before printing.
-
WHAT SIZE IS THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND WHAT MATERIAL IS BEST?My designs will look best on any 1/8"wood or acrylic and I include links to recommended suppliers in the PDF instructions "additional info".

THE FILE DOESN'T PRINT CORRECTLY/IT LOOKS MESSED UPThis can happen when elements that are meant to be scored are engraved instead, or vice versa. On Glowforge, check to make sure you're assigning the correct action to the parts of the file based on their color (red=cut, blue=score, black=engrave). On Lightburn, make sure you assign the different colors to the correct actions using as a reference the JPEG “preview and color chart”.
